Job Description


Sr. Manager/ Manager/HRBP duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management for shared services, corporate and sales functions.


Principal Activities


- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for Shared Services, Corporate & Sales functions.

- Support Organization Talent Development, Succession & Retention initiatives

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Manage the Talent Acquisition process

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures for Shared Services & the Corporate organization

- Be a key support to all Business HR Colleagues & work in a Collaborative manner

- Coordinate & Support with Global Shared Service managers/Leaders to create an engaged workforce

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program for respective population

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Report to Director HR, India and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Knowledge Skills & Abilities


- People oriented and results driven

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- Diversity candidate a preference

Education & Experience


- Proven working experience of 12+yrs with minimum 2-3 years as a Manager in Corporate environment

- MBA / Masters Degree in Human Resources from an Institute of repute
